Phoebe Shao is a Senior Consultant in Kitamba's DC office. Before joining Kitamba, Phoebe spent time working in the education field in Taiwan and most recently, as a Projects Analyst for the International Monetary Fund. Phoebe is a graduate of both the University of Toronto where she studied International Studies and Political Science, and George Washington University where she earned a Masters in Policy and Practice. She is excited to be part of the Kitamba team because she believes education can break down the barriers to opportunity.
