Charlotte is a Project Manager in Kitamba’s New York office. She holds a B.A. in public policy and global development and a M.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia. Before joining the team, Charlotte founded a Learn to Swim Program to promote racial equity in access to pools, reaching over 150 kids to date. As an undergraduate, she also interned at the International Rescue Committee and researched intimate partner violence among university students in rural South Africa. Charlotte is excited about her work at Kitamba because she believes that education is critical to promoting equity and human rights on a broader scale.
