Caitlin Day-Lewis is a Director in Kitamba’s New York Office. She has over 15 years of experience working in education nonprofits, districts, and charter management organizations. Prior to joining Kitamba, Caitlin was Senior Director of Special Projects at Uncommon Schools, working on strategic planning, growth, operations and strategic initiatives. Before that she was the Director of Personalized Learning at Fulton County Schools in Atlanta, launching and managing a new district-wide initiative for all 93 schools. Cailtin started her career in development and leadership at education nonprofits in Boston. She holds a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, a Master in Education through The Broad Residency, and a B.A. in Anthropology and Educational Studies from Washington University in St. Louis. Caitlin believes that every child deserves the opportunity of a great education, and is excited to support organizations across the country working towards this common goal.
