Callahan Vertin is a Senior Consultant in Kitamba’s New York Office. Previously, through Teach For America, she taught Third and Fourth Grade Science at RENEW Schaumburg Elementary in New Orleans East. She also brings experience as a United Nations Volunteer for Education Watch Pakistan and worked for Senator Amy Klobuchar as a Legislative Intern. Callahan holds her B.A. in International Affairs, Security Policy from The George Washington University. She is passionate about her work with Kitamba because she believes all students deserve access to an excellent education, and that a quality education is the most powerful tool to actualize children’s dreams.
