Mateo is a Project Manager in the New York office. He graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. in Music and Comparative Literature and holds an MPhil in English Literature from the University of Cambridge. Through Harvard's Presidential Public Service Fellowship, he worked for the educational branch of Silkroad, the arts and social impact nonprofit founded by Yo-Yo Ma. Additionally, his experiences as a teacher in the U.S., India, and China have fueled his passion for improving equitable access to education for all students. He is eager to support Kitamba's mission, and honored to be a member of the team.
