Jamie is a Director at Kitamba. She joins the team with 20 years of experience in public education - working at the classroom, non-profit and district level. She's committed to ensuring all students have the opportunities that they deserve, with a passion for system-level change. She most recently served as Chief Portfolio Officer for Indianapolis Public Schools, where she also helped co-found the office that led to the strategic growth of the Innovation Network. Prior to her work at IPS, she founded the HR Department at KIPP Delta Public Schools, served as Director of Special Projects for Teach For America - Delta, and taught elementary school in rural Arkansas.
