Kaya Borlase is a consultant at Kitamba. She earned a B.S. in Statistics from Wake Forest University and an M.A. in Computational Social Science (with a concentration in Comparative Human Development) from the University of Chicago. Throughout her studies, Kaya was passionate about educational access and worked with after school programs and school districts to provide and assess programs working to increase equitable learning access and improve student outcomes. Kaya believes in the power of data-driven storytelling to better student experiences. She is excited to be a part of the Kitamba team, helping shape not only student outcomes but community outcomes as well.
