Education Project Manager, Products & Tools
Education Project Managers lead Kitamba projects – from initial scope definition, to execution, to final product delivery. Additionally, Project Managers lead partner interactions and often manage one or more Kitamba Business Analysts staffed to their projects. Plan, execute, and build customized, sustainable data tools for clients using off-the-shelf technologies (e.g. Tableau)
Work closely with clients to understand their needs deeply and manage a process to design and build solutions that address those needs
Incorporate input from multiple stakeholders to mobilize groups toward common and ambitious goals
Work effectively with multiple groups of partners to deliver high quality products
Self-motivate and demonstrate capacity to prioritize, ensuring time is spent on highest leverage actions
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to generate meaningful insights and inform actionable solutions
Communicate efficiently: break down large and complex analyses into actionable recommendations while reserving the ability to drill deeper as needed
Manage Consultants and Analysts: lead their contribution to projects, manage their analyses and other work on projects, and ensure they develop new skills and professional capacities
