For example, Kitamba has worked with Midland, TX to support their theory of action as a System of Great Schools district. This work includes supporting their efforts to develop more high quality schools, the creation of tools that develop a shared and accessible view of school quality, and efforts to move resources and decision-making from the central office to schools.
We also help school systems focus on community-wide equity by supporting a range of critical systems, including school performance and improvement supports as well as community-wide enrollment systems. Together these systems help communities develop a shared and holistic view of school quality in their community.
