Nick specializes in strategic planning, the implementation of large scale education initiatives, data analysis, and product management. He has over eight years of experience designing and implementing mayoral initiatives at the New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE). Most recently, he led a team to develop, operationalize, and support a new citywide early childhood program model. This groundbreaking model was a part of NYC’s Pre-K/3-K for All initiatives and now serves over 5,000 children. Prior to that, Nick was the Director of Policy and Operations in the NYC DOE Office of New Schools where he helped to streamline the leader selection process and supported new schools with startup budget and operations planning. He began his career in mortgage finance at J.P. Morgan, graduated with a BA in Philosophy from Saint Joseph's University, and is currently based in New York City.
